Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to seniors in San Jose, CA. Administer medications and maintain accurate health records. Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Monitor and report changes in clients' health status. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Required Qualifications
- Background check clearance
- TB test
- HCA Registration with Guardian (State of CA)
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
