Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, oral care, incontinence management, and grooming. Provide support with meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, laundry, and serving meals as needed. Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document services provided and any significant changes in residents' conditions. Maintain the dignity and privacy of all residents while reporting health concerns to the Resident Care Coordinator, Nurse, or Administrator promptly. Ensure compliance with sanitation, hygiene, and health regulations of the community. Function independently while providing compassionate care tailored to each resident's needs. Uphold community standards of cleanliness and safety with a professional appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate and dedicated mindset
