Job Summary
As a Resident Care Partner/Caregiver, you’ll be more than just a caregiver – you’ll be a friend and family member to our residents. Responsibilities include direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, transferring), keeping living spaces clean and safe, planning and engaging residents in leisure activities to foster socialization, and collaborating with the Dining Services department for related tasks. Emphasis on creating a welcoming, supportive environment and maintaining residents’ comfort, safety, and happiness. Schedule notes indicate 4 days on, 2 days off; multiple positions available including Full Time, Part Time, and PRN. The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) or equivalent, CNAs/state certifications as required by state regulations, and ongoing education licenses; strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent certificate
- Valid First Aid certifications may be required according to state regulations
- Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, state certifications, and successful completion of examination and/or skills evaluation (as required)
- Willingness to meet requirements for continuing education and maintain all necessary license(s)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members
