Job Summary
Caregiver at Rita's Care at Home LLC in Shelbyville, TN is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to provide ADL assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility support, and transportation assistance. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, dressing, assisting with transfers and ambulation, accompanying clients to appointments, and supporting family needs. Requires caregiving experience, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, and strong communication skills. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus; ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed.
