Job Summary
Provide personalized support to seniors and adults by offering companionship, assisting with transportation, preparing meals, and helping with bathing, grooming, and mobility. Perform light household tasks such as laundry and tidying while following each client's individualized care plan. Observe and document changes in clients' conditions, communicate concerns to the nursing team, and accurately complete timesheets. Maintain open communication with clients, family members, supervisors, and fellow caregivers. No prior experience required; initial training provided. Flexible scheduling allows you to choose when and where to work up to 40 hours per week. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
