Job Summary
In-home caregiver role in the Austin area providing personal care and companionship, with responsibilities including assisting with bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and transporting clients as needed. Follow care plans to support activities of daily living, ensure client safety, and communicate with clients, families, and the care team. 12 hours of annual training through the Caregiver University is required, and opportunities for advancement and professional development are available. CNA/PCP/HHA certification is required, as well as a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts (daytime, evening, and weekends) with mileage and travel pay; benefits and signing bonus offered where applicable. COVID-19 safety measures (PPE provided) are in place. 100% focused on compassionate, independent caregivers delivering quality home care in various Austin-area locations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Caregiver experience in a home care or skilled facility setting
- Valid CNA, PCP, or HHA certification
- Ability to pass background checks
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Adherence to agency policies; does not administer medication or perform licensed nurse or therapist procedures
