Job Summary
Provide personalized support to seniors and adults by offering companionship, assisting with transportation, preparing meals, and helping with daily activities like bathing, grooming, and mobility. Perform light household tasks including laundry and tidying while following individualized care plans. Observe and document client condition changes, communicate concerns to the nursing team, and maintain open communication with families and supervisors. Accurately complete timesheets and document services provided. No prior experience or certifications required; initial training is provided. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with flexible scheduling up to 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
