Job Summary
Caregiver role providing one-on-one in-home care for clients through Right at Home In-Home Care. Multiple certifications are recognized (CNA, HHA, caregiver, companion, nursing assistant, pct, private/agency caregiver, resident assistant, homemaker) with flexible schedules and shift variety (mornings, days, evenings, overnights, weekdays, weekends). Opportunities include full or part-time hours, weekly pay, and benefits such as health, vision, dental, retirement plan, and paid training. RN on staff supports ongoing clinical skill development; paid training available; PPE provided; quick electronic hiring process. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and be able to pass a Level 2 background check. Transportation and travel between clients are paid (travel time and mileage). The agency emphasizes supportive office staff and a focus on professionalism, communication, and organized processes.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check
- Valid Driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Background check in Level 2 process
- Nursing assistant or CNA/HHA certification preferred or required by client
- RN on staff to assist with clinical skills (implies clinical environment)
- Initial and ongoing training provided (paid)
- PPE provided by agency
