Job Summary
Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and shaving. Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions, accompany patients on errands or medical appointments, and perform light housekeeping. Execute patient-specific tasks such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, and incontinence care. Utilize lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts for patient safety. Flexible scheduling with weekend shift differentials and benefits available for full-time equivalent roles.
Required Qualifications
