Job Summary
Conduct personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, shaving, and meal preparation. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments while performing light housekeeping tasks. Execute patient-specific activities such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, and incontinence care. Utilize lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed. Requires experience in personal care, range of motion exercises, and companionship. Required Qualifications
