Job Summary
Provide personalized support to seniors and adults by offering companionship, assisting with transportation, preparing meals, and helping with bathing, grooming, and mobility. Perform light household tasks like laundry and tidying while following individualized care plans. Observe client conditions, document changes, and communicate concerns to the nursing team. Maintain open communication with clients, family, and supervisors while accurately completing timesheets. No prior experience or certifications required; initial training provided. Flexible scheduling allows you to choose hours up to 40 per week. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with PTO earned after 1,000 hours worked.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
