Job Summary
Resident Assistants/Caregivers provide routine resident care, companionship, mobility assistance, and basic tasks (toileting, bathing, dressing, hygiene, feeding, light cleaning, linen changes) for seniors in a 20-bed CBRF. Roles are full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling, include employer-paid training and opportunities to learn and grow, benefits such as health insurance, PTO, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and paid training. Must be 18+, able to pass background checks, and have transportation to the facility; experience not required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass background check, caregiver background check and drug test
- Must have transportation to and from the facility
- Experience is not necessary; employer-paid training program available
- No special certifications or licenses needed
- Shift differentials for evening and night shifts
- CBRF certification training provided - First Aid, Fire Safety, Standard Precautions, Medication
- We pay for CNA classes and testing
