Job Summary
Assist adults with activities of daily living and build relationships to ensure the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided. Maintain a safe, healthy, and productive daily living environment while being respectful and understanding of client needs. Perform other duties as assigned, including passing a basic written competency and skills test, using computer systems, and meeting physical requirements for the position. Full and part-time AM/PM and overnight shift openings are available with additional differentials for evening and overnight hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Pass basic written competency and skills test
- Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required
- Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
