Job Summary
Check each resident routinely to ensure personal care needs are met according to their care plan and wishes. Review task sheets daily to identify changes in the resident's daily routine and inform the Director of Nursing of any condition changes or accidents immediately. Assist residents with daily needs including hygiene activities, dressing, bathing, and transportation to activities or appointments. Ensure resident rooms are ready for receiving guests and prepare them for social programs. Work 4 days on and 2 days off at Regent Court Memory Care, a community dedicated to personalized care and dignity for residents with memory loss.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CPR/First aid card
- Fingerprinting Clearance Card
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year experience, preferred
