Job Summary
Caregiver responsible for building meaningful relationships with residents, assisting with life skills, implementing personal care plans, and collaborating with the clinical team to address residents’ needs. Duties include fostering residents’ well-being through personalized activities, coordinating with families and staff, and supporting memory care and assisted living residents with compassionate, professional care; requires reliable transportation and availability for assigned shifts in Memory Care and related facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Food Workers Card
- Previous experience working with seniors in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care preferred
- Reliable transportation and dependable for consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents
- Effective communicator with residents/families/staff
- Compassionate demeanor and professional representation of Cascade Living
- Demonstrated judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to establish relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to implement residents’ personal care plans and life-skill activities
