Job Summary
Source and engage qualified caregiver candidates through job boards, social media, and community partnerships while maintaining a strong pipeline. Conduct interviews, review applications, and guide candidates through the hiring process, managing job postings to ensure effective marketing. Coordinate pre-employment processes including background screenings, reference checks, and documentation, then conduct new hire orientation classes. Support caregiver training programs, ensure compliance with employment laws, and partner with operations teams for smooth placement. Track recruiting metrics, manage budgets, and maintain accurate employee files. Full-time Monday through Friday with occasional evening or weekend events for recruiting activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology platforms
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for recruiting activities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for healthcare, home care, staffing, senior care, or service industries
- Experience conducting new hire orientation and employee onboarding
- Associate's degree
