Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation. Administer medication according to state regulations, order supplies, and document all actions on the eMAR system. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and cognitive status, take vital signs, and respond appropriately to emergency situations. Maintain a clean, safe living environment and provide companionship and emotional support. Document care provided and incidents accurately. Requires High School Diploma, BLS/CPR certification, and QMAP or MedTech certification. Located in Lakewood, CO.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active BLS/CPR certification
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds and be able to perform frequent bending
- Must have knowledge of practices and procedure of caregiving care sufficient enough to follow accepted practices
- QMAP or MedTech certification is required
- Experience working with seniors
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Caregiving experience either in Assisted Living or other health care setting preferred
