Job Summary
Caregiver/Quality of Life Specialist to assist residents with high-quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care), help with meals, bed-making and linens, and complete shift documentation under nursing supervision. Provides a calm, hospitality-focused environment, supports residents’ comfort and dignity, promotes wellness through vital signs and weight checks per policy, and may perform light laundry. Part-time role working 3:00 pm–11:00 pm with every-other-weekend shifts; starting pay listed as $17.50/hour with a $2/hour weekend differential. Requires PCA certificate or CNA license (preferred); benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and life insurance. EOE.
