Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, simple treatments, and emotional health or behavioral issues per their service plans. Develop and revise service plans by reporting resident needs, preferences, and successful approaches to supervisors. Observe and report resident problems to licensed practical nurses, medication technicians, or aids as assigned. Attend mandatory onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions, as well as team meetings. Perform other duties directed by the Wellness Director. This PRN role at Appletree Court Assisted Living Community requires a weekend schedule and state health certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
