Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, simple treatments, and emotional health needs as outlined in service plans. Develop and revise service plans by reporting current resident needs, preferences, and successful approaches to supervisors. Observe and report resident problems to licensed practical nurses, medication technicians, or aid staff when on duty. Attend onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions, as well as team meetings, as requested. Perform other duties assigned by the Wellness Director. This PRN role at Appletree Court Assisted Living Community requires effective English communication, state or provincial health certifications, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
