Caregiver - PRN 3rd Shift

Assist residents with personal care needs and activities of daily living; support grooming, hygiene, nutrition, meals, and mobility; help residents participate in community activities; report observations to Director; participate in in-service programs; adhere to policies and safety procedures; maintain punctuality; other duties as assigned; education/experience includes high school diploma or equivalent preferred, CNA/nurse’s aide training preferred (100 hours), and one year of nurse’s aide experience preferred; location Plymouth, MI.
