Job Summary
Caregiver to assist residents with personal care needs including grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition, and activities of daily living; assist to and from dining room and meals; encourage participation in activities; observe and report residents' problems to the Director as appropriate; participate in in-service programs; set a positive example; maintain compliance with policies, safety plans, and procedures; reliable attendance and punctuality; position involves training for CNA program funded by Cedarbrook and potential CNA certification with pay differentials for CNAs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Health care or nurse’s aide training with a 100 hour nurse’s aide training preferred
- One year nurse’s aide experience preferred
