Job Summary
Provide non-medical home care following each client's Plan of Care; transport clients to appointments and activities; assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping; help with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care; offer companionship and emotional support; document care and provide reminders as directed. Location: Clinton, CT area with flexible scheduling including weekdays, weekends, overnights, and live-in shifts. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus
