Job Summary
Belmont Village Caregiver in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community provides hands-on care to a group of senior residents. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living, promoting socialization and participation in activities, maintaining accurate daily care records and promptly reporting changes to supervisors, upholding high standards of care and regulatory compliance, providing hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care, and prioritizing hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction. The role welcomes applicants with a Certified Nursing Assistant license or relevant caregiving experience, and requires reliable attendance, 18+ years of age, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Shifts include 6:30am-2:45pm, 2:30pm-10:45pm, and 10:30pm-6:45am, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
- Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
- Consistent and reliable attendance
