Job Summary
Provide individualized in-home care per clients' care plans, assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining personal hygiene, and delivering companionship. Responsibilities include taking and recording vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, respiration), recognizing client needs, and communicating observations to the supervisor. Display strong leadership, excellent communication, reliability, and compassionate, professional care to improve clients' quality of life. Must have in-person credentials (HHA/PCA), CPR/First Aid, TB screening, valid driver’s license and dependable transportation, and pass background checks. Familiarity with basic computer skills and ability to document care as required.
Required Qualifications
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Valid Basic Life Support Training (First Aid & CPR)
- TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray (Within 30 Days)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Experience in home health care as a Personal care Assistant (preferred)
- 3 years experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred)
