Job Summary
Provide in-home caregiver services including implementing customized care plans, assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining personal hygiene, and taking/recording vital signs. Deliver companionship, observe client needs, and communicate observations to the supervisor. Requires certification as an HHA or PCA, CPR/First Aid, valid driver’s license, and eligibility to work in the U.S.; strong empathy, reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential. Position located in Macon, GA, with in-person, home-based care responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Valid Basic Life Support Training (First Aid & CPR)
- TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray (Within 30 Days)
- Must have Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
