Job Summary
Caregiver needed at PrimeCare Home Care Services to implement customized home care plans and provide compassionate, client-focused assistance with activities of daily living, vital signs, companionship, and overall care management. Responsibilities include following client care plans, assisting with personal hygiene, recording vital signs, providing companionship, and communicating observations to the supervisor. Requires in-person work in Athens, GA, with in-home care delivery. Must hold Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification, Basic Life Support (First Aid & CPR), TB screening, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check. Preferred qualifications include 3 years of CNA experience and 3 years in home health care. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications

- TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray (Within 30 Days)
