Job Summary
Provide in-home care to clients per individualized care plans, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, respiration), and ensure client comfort. Offer companionship, recognize client needs, maintain relationships with clients, and communicate observations to the supervisor. Follow care plans with attention to safety and quality of life, demonstrate empathy and professionalism, and maintain reliable, on-time performance. Requires in-person home health experience and certification (HHA/PCA) with BLS/First Aid & CPR, background clearance, and a valid driver’s license. 3 years of CNA/home health care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Valid Basic Life Support Training (First Aid & CPR)
- TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray (Within 30 Days)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
