Job Summary
Provide in-home care to clients per individualized care plans, including assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and offering companionship to improve quality of life. Role requires completing certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) credentials, CPR/First Aid, TB screening, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Strong communication, reliability, empathy, and ability to follow care plans are essential; preferred experience includes CNAs and extensive home health care background. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- HHA or PCA Certification
- Basic Life Support Training (First Aid & CPR)
- TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray (Within 30 Days)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
- Empathy, compassion, and kindness
- Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm
- Reliability and punctuality
- Basic computer skills
