Job Summary
Provide in-home care for residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, medication assistance, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping. Monitor residents' health, observe medical and emotional responses, and provide written/verbal reports to families. Support dementia care, ensure safety and well-being, and comply with state resident rights. Requires high school diploma or GED, a current state license, reliable transportation with insurance, ability to pass a drug test and background check, and the ability to work independently. Vaccination proof required. Strong communication and organizational skills, compassionate demeanor, and the ability to observe and document residents' condition and needs.
