Job Summary
Communicate professionally with residents while assisting with daily personal and medical care routines. Provide physical, brain, and social enrichment activities, then observe conditions to report changes to nursing. Cook, serve, and feed meals to create an engaging dining experience, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas. Record medical and health documentation per established procedures. This role supports residents in living life on purpose within our growing senior living community, offering training to advance into leadership or CNA certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or work equivalency
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience
- Med Passer and/or Lead experience
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
