Job Summary
Conduct daily personal and medical care routines according to individual care plans while communicating respectfully with residents. Provide physical, brain, and social enrichment activities; cook, serve, and feed meals; and ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of living areas. Observe residents for changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition and report findings to nursing. Record all medical and health documentation per established procedures. Promote teamwork, laughter, and happiness while adhering to safety and healthcare guidelines. No experience necessary; training provided. High school diploma required. Full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or work equivalency
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience
- Med Passer and/or Lead experience
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
- State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
