Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support mobility and transfers, administer medications under training, and engage seniors in meaningful conversation. Perform light housekeeping, assist with meals, and monitor condition changes to report to leadership. Respond quickly and calmly during emergency situations. PM Shift (2PM-10PM) availability required; all shifts must work every other weekend. CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
Desired Qualifications
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
