Job Summary
Care Provider for Memory Care focused on assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence; respond promptly to needs, maintain residents’ dignity and safety, communicate observed changes to supervisors, ensure a safe environment, and collaborate with coworkers to support a high-quality senior-care experience. PM shift in Escondido, CA, starting around $17/hour depending on experience; job includes training and opportunities for benefits and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly
- Written and verbal communication skills with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and their families
- Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB, etc.)
- Vaccination considerations per regulatory guidelines (may include COVID-19 PPE)
