Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support mobility and transfers within the facility, administer medications under supervision, and engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation. Perform light housekeeping and meal assistance while monitoring and reporting changes in condition to leadership. Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations. This role requires PM shift availability (2PM–10PM) and every other weekend work. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a heart for seniors, with CNA certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
Desired Qualifications
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass medications
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
