Job Summary
Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) needed for PM shift (2pm-10pm) at Suite Living Senior Care in Eagan, MN. Provide ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), support mobility and transfers, assist with medications (training provided), engage residents in meaningful activities, light housekeeping and meal assistance, and report changes to leadership. Requires minimum 6 months caregiving experience; CNA certification preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred; must be 18+. Onboarding includes 4-day training at the Arden Hills, MN center. Team-oriented environment focused on compassionate, person-centered care for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
- PM Shift (2pm-10pm)
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
