Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services while maintaining their dignity and independence. Provide emotional and social support, document daily logs, and inform supervisors of any resident issues or concerns. Follow the schedule of resident needs set out by the supervisor and respect residents' confidentiality. Work part-time in hybrid 1st and 2nd shifts with hourly pay ranging from $16 to $18.00. Maintain a positive demeanor and make independent decisions in high-stress situations as part of a compassionate team.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year of experience working in senior care
- Acceptable proficiency in English
- basic computer skills
