Job Summary
Provide daily personal care and assistance to seniors in their homes across San Antonio and surrounding areas. Support clients with bathing, dressing, transferring, and meal preparation while building meaningful relationships to help them remain independent. Ensure client safety and well-being through consistent, compassionate care. Requirements include a valid Texas driver's license, clean driving record, and at least one year of experience working with seniors or current enrollment in a nursing program. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen. Flexible scheduling available for full-time, part-time, weekend, or PRN shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age or older
- Valid Texas Driver's License with auto insurance
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience working with seniors, currently enrolled in a nursing program, or completion of a CNA course
- Ability to Pass national background check and be drug free
Desired Qualifications
- CNA training (not required, but a plus!)
- Alzheimer's, Dementia, Stroke, Hospice, Transferring, Bathing and Dressing experience preferred
- Simple cooking skills and an awareness of balanced diet menus for seniors
- Flexibility in work schedule (preferred but not necessary to apply)
- Open availability is a HUGE PLUS!
- Weekends
- PRN hours
