Job Summary
Caregiver provides one-on-one in-home care: assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, incontinence care, transfers and ambulation; meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, laundry, and light housekeeping; support daily activities and exercises per Plan of Care; observe and report changes in client condition; build positive relationships with clients and families while delivering compassionate care. Requires valid California driver’s license and auto insurance, experience with older adults or disabled individuals, and active CNA certification (or nursing student clinical experience). Preferred: HCA registration; BLS within 30 days of hire; 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working with older adults and/or physically disabled individuals
- Professional caregiver experience, nursing student clinical experience, or active CNA certification required
