Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant

Conduct daily personal care for an older adult client in Ellwood City, PA, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulation assistance. Provide companionship, grocery shopping, laundry, and change of bed linens. Assist with range of motion exercises, medication reminders, and ADLs while managing fall risks and mobility impairments. Drive to appointments and errands as needed. Work overnight, evening, and weekend shifts supporting clients with chronic frailty, hearing/vision loss, and diabetes. Requires one year of experience and successful completion of TB testing, background checks, and clearances.
