Job Summary
Caregiver Personal Care Aide PCA delivers in-home personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation to appointments, and providing companionship and emotional support. Requires compassionate, patient, dependable behavior, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation to travel to client homes; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Part-time scheduling based on availability; benefits and paid training are offered by Elara Caring. High School Diploma or GED preferred; prior experience with elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
