Job Summary
Provide personal care support to clients in home settings including bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, and daily living activities; assist with transfers, meal preparation and feeding; perform housekeeping and laundry; offer companionship and emotional support; assist with errands and transportation to appointments when applicable; ensure a safe, respectful home environment. Requires HS diploma or GED preferred, prior care experience with elderly or disabled individuals preferred, strong communication skills, reliable transportation to client homes, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Employment with Elara Caring as a Caregiver PCA with part-time hours and benefits; pay up to $16/hour with daily pay options and career-growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality

- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
