Job Summary
Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) providing in-home, client-centered care to elderly or disabled individuals. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility transfers, meal preparation and feeding, housekeeping and laundry, companionship, transportation to appointments when applicable, and promoting a safe, respectful home environment. Requires compassionate, patient demeanor, reliable transportation to client homes, ability to assist with mobility tasks up to 50 pounds, and strong communication skills. Involves flexible, part-time hours with competitive pay and benefits; paid training and opportunities for career growth. Location: Spring, TX (in-home care).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
