Job Summary
Caregiver Personal Care Aide PCA providing in-home support: assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, mobility and transfers; help with daily living activities; meal preparation and feeding; housekeeping and laundry; companionship and emotional support; assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable; maintain a safe, comfortable, respectful home environment. Requires a High School Diploma or GED preferred and experience with elderly or disabled individuals preferred; compassionate, patient, and dependable; strong communication; reliable transportation to client homes; ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Offers hourly pay up to $16/hr, daily pay option, paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred
- Compassionate, patient, dependable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
