Job Summary
Caregiver Personal Care Aide PCA role providing in-home support focused on improving quality of life for clients. Responsibilities include personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance; mobility transfers and daily living activities; meal preparation and feeding; housekeeping and laundry; companionship and emotional support; and assisting with errands and transportation to appointments when applicable. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, have reliable transportation to travel to client homes, and display compassionate, patient, and dependable behavior. High School Diploma or GED preferred with experience in elder or disabled care; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and a commitment to safe, client-centered care. Required Qualifications
