Job Summary
Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance. Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities while preparing meals and performing housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks. Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life, assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments, and promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client. Maintain a schedule based on availability with hourly pay ranging from $15.25 to $17.75, including a $250 sign-on bonus contingent on completing 150 hours within 90 days of employment. Requires at least six months of experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals, high school diploma or GED preferred, and reliable transportation.
