Job Summary
Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance. Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities while performing housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life, and help with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments. Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client. Elara Caring offers hourly pay starting at $13.50 with daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus a 401K match. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Valid driver's license
