Job Summary
Conduct personal care for seniors and individuals with disabilities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and facilitate transfers and ambulation. Offer medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments or recreational activities. Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervisor while following care plans and agency policies. Must be available 7 days a week from 9 AM to 7 PM. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- MUST BE AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK 9AM - 7PM
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed for client support or transfers
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience
- CNA
- home care experience
- training provided for the right candidate
- Reliable transportation
- valid driver's license
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Alzheimer's/Dementia Care Training
- Medication Administration (QMAP)
- CNA or HHA certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages)
- Weekend availability
