Caregiver

Support residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourage resident independence, support resident choice, and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct. Exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others. Display personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision while maintaining confidentiality of resident and staff information. Present with a neat, clean appearance and participate in designated facility in-services. Help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities. Prior direct care experience is preferred, along with current CPR certification.
