Caregiver

Support residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health while encouraging independence and preserving dignity. Exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others, displaying personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision. Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information, present with a neat appearance, and participate in designated facility in-services. Help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities. Prior direct care experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma or GED and current CPR certification.
